62cm x 74.5cm, in original giltwood frame 83cm x 96cm, the frame with presentation plaque inscribed 'Presented to Major T. P. Douglas Murray from all his friends at Lundie, August 1972', sold with a black and white photograph showing the presentation of the picture depicting James MacIntosh Patrick and Major T. P. Douglas Murray standing either side of the present lot, inscribed on the reverse 'Presented by Lundie tennants, 1972'

Provenance - the painting has remained in the family since the original presentation and has not been offered on the open marker for sale until now.
