An impressive pair of 19th century amboyna, marquetry, gilt wood, and marble topped breakfront credenzas, stamped George Morant, 91 New Bond Street, each with a mottled green marble top, one set with four horses' heads in the frieze, the other set with four lions' heads in the frieze, both with a central breakfront mirrored cupboard door flanked on both sides by marquetry inlaid panels depicting urns issuing flowers over oval medallions inlaid with the head of a horse, the side panels similarly decorated with oval inlaid panels bearing the initial 'N' over horse head inlays, raised on plinths with gilt metal mounts and castors both stamped 'G. I. MORANT 91 NEW BOND ST.' to the reverse, 184cm wide x 125cm high x 60cm deep.
