HOUSE CLEARANCE

We are delighted to be able to offer a house clearance service using our own transport and trained removals team. We are available to advise on and uplift all goods transporting the saleable items to our saleroom and organise for the disposal of the unsaleable items. With our regular calendar of sales and storage facilities, this allows flexibility when undertaking this service.

Lindsay Burns & Company is unique in that we are able to offer a complete service encompassing all the aspects of valuation, removal, clearance, auction and administration without the involvement of any third party. This approach enables your property to be managed solely in house, with each step being managed by an experienced member of our team.

We charge £70 per hour plus VAT for this service.
