We offer complimentary verbal auction advice for items that you are interested in entering in to one of our auctions. Items and collections can be valued in a number of ways and our valuers travel extensively throughout Scotland and beyond to meet our clients requirements.
Our valuers will discuss your property and advise on sale estimates and reserves.
Should you wish to consign items to one of our forthcoming sales, the vendor commission is 15% with a loss and damage warranty fee of 1.5% as well as illustration fees where applicable. A contract of sale will be issued listing your property and our terms and conditions of sale. All charges are subject to VAT.
We do not charge a minimum commission or charge for unsold lots.
We are registered Art Market Participants and we are licenced to sell alcohol.
After the sale of your property you will receive a vendor statement detailing the prices realised along with a cheque. Proceeds of sale are paid out 14 working days after an Antique & Interiors Sale and one calendar month following on from an Antique & Fine Art Sale, provided we have received payment from the buyer. If any lots fail to sell they will be re-offered in a future sale, you can arrange to collect them or we can arrange for their disposal. There are no unsold charges.
