A George III mahogany and boxwood lined longcase clock, the enamelled dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date dial, the arch decorated with a red squirrel nibbling a nut, the spandrels decorated with blue flowers on a pink ground, the twin train four pillar movement striking on a bell, contained within a rectangular hood with dentil frieze and fluted column detail, the trunk door inlaid with a circular floral motif, flanked by fluted columns on a rectangular base with shaped bracket feet, pendulum and weights present, 205cm high.
