Antiquities - A Roman Samian ware pottery cup, decorated with a band of stylised foliage, 5.5cm diameter x 3.5cm high.

Provenance: James Ewing Somerville (1843-1923) who had a second home in Menton, South of France, and would visit Ventimiglia in Northern Italy to attend "Roman Sales" in the period 1880-1900.
